Based on past years' experience, if the results are given on Monday (14), would we receive mails or updates just after 00.00 or would we be notified later in the day?

In 2018 emails started arriving after midnight... I'm sure however about what happened in more recent years

I am stress eating and then going for a run...
Then back to stress eating... Feeling guilty for stress eating....
Getting up early in the morning, going for a run...
The cycle will continue till one of the three things happen:
1) I become forest gump
2) I become morbidly obese
3) MSCA results are announced

I am so glad someone mentions that they cope by eating. That's my forte!
