If they give clues on the magic link earlier, is it possible that they announce the result earlier?
Otherwise, it is too much anxiety to wait for 14 days....

It can come anytime but latest is 14th

From the EC website:
"All proposals submitted to MSCA individual fellowships which score 85% or above and could not be funded due to a lack of budget are automatically awarded the Seal of Excellence. Certificates are awarded in March each year. The first certificates were awarded in 2017 following the 2016 Individual fellowships call".

For the ones who moved to Ranking very fast:
Comment from Dreamgirl last year: "I was lucky, I got it, first time submission. For statistics, I changed from submission to evaluation to ranking in 20 minutes."

I am in the Evaluation Phase, but I don't know when changed to evaluation. Anyone changed to Ranking in a couple of minutes before??
