Yes, this conversation you had sounds very unusual to me I think that your source is a National Contact Point (also concerning cut off). Results are no longer delivered by NCPs because , if I remember well, in 2015 they managed the results very poorly causing a huge protest (results leaked unevenly, someone knew and someone not; in some country results leaked and in other not before the official announcement). So now maybe they know date of release and maybe also results. But I think they are forbidden to deliver any info concerning results.

Another very interesting is that lady in Brussels told me that national contact point can give you the results in advance.However, candidates got the results first last year.thus, I am also not sure whether we trust their words in this case . İt seems like everything is mystery at the moment

Actually, i have sent them an email few weeks back. They told me end of january/beginning of february, so nothing exact

I called the spanish NCP last week and they said they didnt know the date. Also, they said that they won't have any results before we do.

Last year, just before the results were released, someone reported that when trying to enter the participants portal a link showed up. I cant attach the screen shot, but i think is in page 110 of last year posts.
I dont know if I have noticed it before, but i got it now when i tried to enter my proposal.
Has someone seen it before??
