there are three possibilities:

1. people that remain in evaluation and go into ranking late are winners.
2. people that remain in evaluation and don’t go into ranking are in the <70% threshold.
3. evaluation and ranking depend on ID and panel, and do not predict anything.

Unfortunately the percentages of people <70% and that get the funding are more or less very similar ~10-20%.
So all scenarios "fit".

Options 1 and 2 happened last year. You never know. Although this year they might have changed the way that the system encodes everything in the database...

I think it is not a good idea to join or read this forum if you anyone doesnt want to feel stress :D

a right amount of stress can be fun sometimes :)

I am still on evaluation but I am sure to be over the threshold, so I woul exclude the option 2
