Well my proposed advisor has the highest number of citations in his area according to google scholar. So he is THE best. My CV improved a lot compared to last year. I really cannot figure out what happened.

who are these professionals that reviewed your project? can you ask for your money back?

Yes, institute and professor are top, I think the point of getting such low score is my CV.

I think what matters is not your cv per se, but what you write in 1.4 and 2.1 about the impact that the fellowship will have on developing your career. at least that is what I was told! so if you explain that this fellowship will allow you to strengthen your professional or academic career and write it convincingly, you don't need to worry so much about your cv.

I asked cukovic too and my scores higher than last years. I cant believe it till I see the official thing.
