I don’t think we know for sure. From what he said, I believed it was a partial list. But maybe he has the full list...or maybe he doesn’t have a list at all and it’s been made up.

I can not say country. But remember each country HOST or HOME has a few officers around NCP. All of them have tables... so try to please them on Monday! Good luck.
