I found this on twitter which is compatible with what Bren already said.

"REA and @MSCActions would very much have preferred the earliest possible release of the results. Probably the challenge of sending 10K emails with the correct attachments in the largest and most comprehensive call ever."

I am guessing that MS is trying to attach the evaluation reports to the emails!!!

Did not get the grant, don't know the score. Social sciences. Used very much of time for the proposal: very high EU-relevance, theoretically ambitious, stronger CV than most people at my stage, tried my best with career development and methodological parts & benefited from comments from experienced grant advisors, as well as from my friend's earlier successful MSCA application. I have been successful in similar highly competitive international grant applications earlier.

Life goes on, luckily I still have other funding and I'm not unemployed. Best of luck everyone and remember that these competitions do not determine your value as a researcher, even less so as a person – so many contingent factors related to who happens to review your proposal. See you next year maybe!
