I think the scores are given by the reviewers

Yes, but I am asking if those scores we will be getting soon are given by the expert reviewers or they are finalized by internal review process after receiving the expert reviewer reports.

The score you will get tomorrow/the day after tomorrow will be final. Final final like death.

I guess if there are nip and tuck between the scores of several proposals, espescially around the cut-off score, the internal review or re-evalution process is required.

A very nice person I know just contacted me and offered to get my result from an NCP he is related to....oh Christ the temptation is killing me but I think I will wait for the official results...

Monday used to be the important day, while there's no guarantee for this year. Well, it usually takes them ~2 days to send out all emails, I think Monday is a reasonable choice.
