Also, I posted earlier that I was told by 2 NCPs this morning that results will definitely be out by the end of the week, one of which was the UK NCP, and then someone else posted that the UK NCP told him that results will be out tomorrow, so who knows what the fuk is going on...

lol you are getting pessimistic after so many broken promises... but I've been told twice from the official MSCA twitter account that results will be out by tomorrow 11.59PM CET, so unless they have a new system to release all the results at once, they will start tonight!
