That may be the case. However there are two things I know for sure: 1) The MCSA person in my host institution knows my results, and 2) My potential supervisor does not know my results, I spoke to him today and he hasn't heard anything.

I don't think all the host institutions know about the results. It depends on whether or not the NCPs (that seem to know for sure at this point) had said anything about the outcome of the applications.
I am also pretty sure that my supervisor doesn't know the result!

By the way, just to say something super scientific, according to the dream I had, they will send official notification on the 10th
(at least mine)...looking forward to seeing the end of this fuc..ng tunnel, almost independently of the outcome

cannot be so precise...the 10th of Feb will end tomorrow at midnight
