I'm new here; when I follow the link posted I get ""phase":"RANKING","proposal":true,"finished":false".

I'm sure this question has been asked 10 times, but is the general hypothesis on this forum that "ranking" means your score is high enough to get ranked and that hope is allowed?

Well it is clearly connected to the MSCA-IF-2018 database. The folder name OUTOFDATE can refer to an extension they no longer use at the website or a million other things, but the database connection is clearly there.

One thing is certain by now. The results will be released very soon. Most likely no later than Monday 4th.
So either they release tonight, midnight 31st, or Sunday night midnight 3rd

so maybe this means literally they will release tonight midnight between the twilight zone of 31st and 1st

The link we are using probably gives us access to their backup server but not to the actual database. As the backup servers are updated periodically only, the folder is named outofdate. When the results will be announced, it is probable that this folder will not be updated after that and those who are in evaluation phase will remain as such.
