Successful dudes, do you see any changes in the "famous link"? Especially in "finished" phase?

state of the art is not sufficiently detailed, and relevant aspects connected to the project have been insufficiently outlined.
two insufficient in one sentence.
planned public engagements /outreach activities of the researcher are not sufficiently detailed.
What I can expect from this?
Can I apply for re-evaluation? At least not with such a low score.

Thanks. My first attempt. At least I see I did good, which gives me hope for the other scholarships I am also applying.
The comments were a bit past the target, focusing largely on two hot topics I mentioned in passing and which were clearly not the essence of the project. But I guess it’s a learning curve and I may resubmit next year because 86 is pretty good for the first try and being fresh out of my phd. I just hope I won’t be unemployed in the meanwhile...
