Can there be two different Grant Agreements with the same name and same abstract?

Hi everyone!

I would like to ask you something a bit strange... I was using CORDIS to search for EU funded projects for a formation course assay and came across with two MSCA-IF grants with the same acronym, same abstract (just changing the name of the researcher), same supervisor, same beneficiary...everything. The only thing that changes is the starting date (one in 01/2018 and another one in 09/2019) and the name of the researcher granted, but it seems they just copied the abstract from one to the other, and just change the name.

Can this be possible? Would this be a case of fraud?

Thanks!

That is very interesting indeed! What's the project so we can find out more?
