Do not forget that they are supposed to publish the results of the COFUND call around the same period ;)

I think they always get errors and servers going down when they are preparing to release the results

i am still surprised that around 10000 grants are such a problem for them. its ridiculously low compared to other global login or evaluation things.
imagine a website crashing for a few thousand logins :D
even a crappy university website can handle much more

At least they could inform applicants with score below 70% soon after evaluation (December 2019).

You are right!! I hope that the submission phase changes to evaluation phase this week.
I think we will know the results the 11 February.

I would like to ask about the importance of the supervisor in the evaluation process. Could someone (who has applied more than one time) give his/her opinion?

The experience of the supervisor is important. I have applied 2 times with different supervisors, each time the reviewers highlighted the experience of the supervisor in supervising students or post-docs and their publications.
I know that it is also the case for friends that applied (and got it).

Thank you! Do you think that the differences between important supervisors and less recognized supervisors are considered in the fellowship evaluation?

Good question.
My supervisor didn't have time to read first submission in 2018. This time he really helped me to improve excellence part, other two were good enough. But this doesn't guarantee that the score will be better now compared to last year.

He is a good scientist and PI and they highlighted this in ESR.

I don't think so. If your supervisor is an expert and published papers in the field and has supervised PhD and postdocs is fine. In my experience if the supervisor had or has access to EU funds (msca itn, if, rise or erc) than is a big plus.
