S/h has a valid point though. Almost 80% of the applicants of Individual Fellowship are in standard panel (EF) while the rest are in CAR, GF, RI, SE panels. So it is possible that they handle the results for these panels separately.
is that a valid point though?
i think the 0-2 persons in this forum in a special panel should be able to guess, that their panel MIGHT work differently (which it probably does not). i mean this is not a kidsclub but grown up scientists, yet some people cry like they were on their first date as a teenager.
Could you please enlighten us with your "scientific evidences" about what the outdate link might tell us about the results of the evaluation?
Surely the comment is out of order, as we are speculating on some stuff and we are not terrorizers. Yet you are spreading info about others applications without a valid piece of evidence. You might be right, don't get me wrong, but I think we don't know the full story to tell exactly other people "oh no sorry you are below 70% as you are still in evaluation".
In my case, I am more inclined to think I am below 70%, but because I know my proposal and the kind of comments I got last year (even though is a new submission).
noone ever said he had "scientific evidence" of what a link might tell us. what it objectively tells us, is that there are different groups of people here that have a (hidden) difference revealed by this link without telling us the quality of this difference. what we can see though is that most people have a recently changed parameter on their proposal website: a phase called ranking, a smaller fraction has another phase, either evaluation or submission. combining this knowledge with the rough and small number evidence we can gather from the last years is simply this: many people get over 70% on their proposal (many people also get ranking in the secret link), only few people get below 70% (only few people are not in rakning status). furthermore in the last years this hidden phase change (happening at all or earlier vs later) roughly overlaps with peoples actual results of being above 70% or not etc. this has been detailedly explained here and is based of course only on the fraction of people posting here. what you make out of this information is up to you and the only piece of information we have. either you ignore it or join in on this funny link game. to me it is just fun, and to most other people, too. what i personally, and completely subjectively think? yes the hidden phase change timepoint depends on the score you have achieved.

I am not sure if any of these conclusions can be true. As in 2017 the story was different... all proposals that were in Ranking since the beginning (from Jan 12th) were either got a rejection or went to reserve list.. And the proposals that went to Ranking just few days before won the fellowship.. If that's the pattern I am worried about being in 'Ranking' while many are still in 'Evaluation'.

yes 2017 had 2 dates, but last year it was already everybody on the same date, either ranking on day x together with everybody else, or never.
everybody got evaluation on 24 jan and ranking on 29 jan.

Last year, I posted a list of people who were ranked on Jan 29. Going back to check the results shows that some people got it and some didn't and others got reserve. So ranking doesn't appear to mean much. I also looked at people who were still in evaluation, but there were only a few of these and no reported results. So just wait for the results and chill.

Ranked on Jan 29 2019:
yes Mscaif
no sound
no msca2018 - ENG
no AdinaBabesh - SOC
no Fumansheh
yes Sherpaz
yes Nano
yes Lolome
no Vency
yes JJLIF2019
res sbm
res fr489

Dear Members,
I am in Evaluation Phase. is there any chance for getting fellowship?
unlikely
That's what you said to another user. So it's not what kind of info you want to believe from the link. You clearly said to another user, with your fragmented piece of info, that he will unlikely get it.
Again, I totally agree with you, I am still in evaluation so I am probably under 70%. But it's up to me believing this, with the info I have. That's it.

Yes, i was there in 2017. You are right. But this trend changed. You see, this year no one status changed until yesterday. So, we all are in "unfamiliar territory". And this is the only conclusion can be done.

this guy asked the same question several times without reading anything ;) and as i mentioned above, i think its true, personally, subjectively. if someone takes that as a fact without reading anything, well...
