Such a lottery... this totally freaks me out. I read somewhere that there have been even 20 points difference in resubmissions. Doesn't make any sense at all. So better stay modest and just hope for the best.

I guess, you are still in evaluation as your id is 888XXX.. Looks like status change is according to project ID this time.
