I found crazy that your score is falling down even if you are improving the proposal. That only shows how random the evaluations are. May I ask you the topic of your proposal?
Are the comments you get each time on the same parts of the application or on different ones? Are the comments related to previous years? Are they general or specific?

Hi proposal is on radicalisation and cinema - the comments are specific and relate to different parts each time - we have responded to everything in as much detail as the word limit will allow but to no avail - it really depends on the reviewer. The current submission is obviously the strongest but I am sure it will not get funded

On the forums last year, people were obsessing over whether the status of their application was “ranking” or “evaluation”. I don’t see either on my page. Is it too early for this kind of status update or do you think the EU was being kind and removed this section so as not to stress everyone out again?

My status changed to "evaluation" on January 19 2018, i received rejection letter on January 29, noon. Last year i didn't submit.
I am not sure, but was thinking that ranking status changes only for the "seal of exelence". Again, i am not sure.

It changes for everyone. This year the outofdate link is the only one that is still working. Right now, my application stills in submission.
