Didn't get the e-mail yet but have the evaluation report: 85,40. So hard to accept this. The funny thing is there isn't even tangible feedback, just minor stuff here and there. Like 'the proposal fails to address which journal they will choose to publish'...

where did you get the evaluation report? What was your ID?
It was finally posted on the portal, follow up section. but it can be difficult to access, I think the website is on the verge of collapse.
