I doubt it because step 1 evaluations are being finalized this week.

How long do they usually take between finalizing the evaluation and informing the applicants?

According to the initial timeline, notifications will be send out by the end of this month/beginning of the next one, depending on the panel.

Yes, but at least in the Marie Curie case, this is usually disregarded and results are given in advance...

Well, given the current situation, I doubt that the results will be in early. However, according to the official announcements, delays are not anticipated either.
