Hi, just to mention that an evaluator told me that they did the process on time!

My host doesn't talk about it at all. They said if I don't get I will be the first person who got rejection in that group. They take only few candidates and work with them for one year to submit the throughly reviewed proposal. They hired reviewers to suggest improvement and finally the proposal were so good. Two years after PhD I could publish 35 papers, 650 citations, h-index reached to 16. Still not sure if I will be successful in getting this fellowship.

they will only hire you if you get the MSCA or they have other options to fund you?

Based on what? Some of you “leak” small pieces of information avoiding your sources for this information! :p My host told me today that they are expecting up to three weeks of delay due to the difficulties they have experienced in some parts of the process

your host heard this from an official source? surely if they were not planning to announce by the 9th they would announce this...

Apparently there is a bunch of evaluators from my host institution and they just said they were late with the process in some panels, not sure how true is that.

yea and I guess late could mean they are doing right now and it will still be out by the official date...

I’m going to make a wild guess here and assume that you’re not talking about single authored papers. Just to clarify things for everyone out there who threw in the towel after your post.
‘Cause 35 papers, two years, that’s roughly 1.5 papers / month…
