Also, I remembered that there is one crucial stage that will definitely happen at least a week or more before the results. They will send out rejections to the people who were on the reserve list from the previous year to close it out. So we need some forum members who were on the reserve list from last year to tell us when they get these letters. And we also need to remind them not to panic when they get them because it is a procedural step that their reserve-list proposals have to be formally rejected before the decisions for the next year come out.
