Hi everyone, I just have a general question about the preparation of the proposal. I submitted a proposal this year and to be honest I found it so challenging! I am curious how people actually improve their proposal writing skills. Do people use resources, do courses etc.? Just interested to know how do the general users here improve their proposal writing skills!!

For me it boils down to reading as many proposals as I can and writing more of them myself. I found this one pretty tough tbh

Yes the general consensus seems to be people get better over time writing proposals and also with some help from institutions and reviewer reports. I don't think there is a secret formula after talking to most about this. Still great to get insights from people though, thanks!
