However, I tried the FWO (Flanders) and NWO (Netherlands). Did anyone try those? FWO has a success rate similar to Humboldt, while NWO is similar to the MSCA one.
^^yes fwo. It’s 1/3 acceptance rate from what they told me. Although this year for their PhD candidates they made them do a 1 minute speech of their project due to online covid interviews. Seems impossible, hope they don’t decide this for post docs...
What the heck... One minute? 😰😰
Was crazy. A PhD student in my lab had to do it. She got the fellowship but she had to practice the speech perfectly to stay in the limit

Do you know about the success rate of Humboldt Research fellowship? Is it worth it to apply?
Here is link which suggests 25-30 % success rate:

I do not know the exact number of applicants though.
Good! Thank you.

Hi. Yes, it's true. Last year on 28th. It was "evaluation" to "ranking" change. We are still in "submission".

Today I heard that the online meeting is postponed for a three days. It is just third party information I don't know if it is 100% accurate.

Jan. 23, 1911, the French Academy of Sciences made a grave error against both history and science. At their meeting on that cold, winter day, Marie Curie was proposed for membership — and promptly voted down.
