I thought it was discussed a few pages back that someone had asked their NCP about this and the NCP had said that it will be recorded and available afterwards so it doesn't mean anything that it is happening before then. Also, I think that the audience is maybe more toward institutional preparers, as the description states here that it is of particular relevance to coordinators and partners of projects. https://euraxess.ec.europa.eu/worldwide ... reparation

However, it does seem strange if it happens before the evaluations are out! But the timeline is very tight for results to be out before Feb 4.

You start with 1, then you can't stop making them

This is why you use precaution, which reminds me of a Physics joke. Condoms offer 99.9% protection against STIs but the remaining 0.1% is explained by Quantum Mechanics (Quantum Tunneling).
