I am using machine learning and based on that I found you should get 90 or above in third attempt.

Good for you! I am starting to give up hope, only shred thereof is that it was submitted really close to the deadline and the proposal was created on the portal a few days before.

Hi There! Same here, also in CAR and still evaluation and I both made the proposal and submitted it quite late.. Let's keep fingers crossed for now, don't lose hope!
We switched to evaluation almost at the same time, so yes.... fingers tightly crossed!
Does anyone know what happened to those who were in evaluation since the beginning of January (I think it was EMC and someone else)

It was me! Since at least 11th January. Third attempt,. First 84 second seal of excellence 87, let's see this year. Still in evaluation...

Try to disable the styles of your browser to see the "real" status
Do you mean using other browsers?
Try Firefox. Go to your proposal, follow up and change the view - page style- no style :)
This Is what I saw.

How do we know the cut off score for funding? or is it something decided by the EC?
They will have a pool of money and a ranked list of projects. They will go down the list distributing that pool of money. At some point the allocated Euros run out and then whatever score they are at is where the cutoff is. There is some language somewhere about how they adjudicate for projects with the same score on the cutoff. I think then it's who has the higher score in Excellence, but I can't remember properly.
Thanks for your reply

I've been watching this forum about once a week and just saw CRAZY levels of activity so had to check!
GF-LIF in Ranking (no idea when it changed)

Based on last year, when do we now expect to get emails?

Hi all! It's my first post but I've been reading the forum since a while and it definitely helped to know that I wasn't the only one biting my nails...
I'm in similar situation as CAR-LIF and ECM, Evaluation phase since 22nd of January or earlier. That's the day I found the forum and checked for the first time ;) I'm still in Evaluation phase. Good luck to everybody!

I think "Evaluation" does not mean below 70

I think the system is simpler than this. They already know what budget allocation for each panel is. All they need to do is input this into the ranking system, and it will automatically calculate where the cutoff will be this year.

I am still in Evaluation ST-SOC.

I don't have high expectations to get the fellowship, but also don't expect to get below 70%.
