Ugh, via a leak also dropped below threshold. Submission #1 = seal of excellence & waitlist etc, submission #2, rejection, but strong scores on everything but excellence and still over 80, submission #3 below threshold and I’m sure it is because I addressed the reviewer critique from last year.

My advice, if you resubmit, don’t do much and just resubmit the same.

I am really sorry to hear this. It is my first application and still I am so nervous about the results.. I am guessing that it would be even harder for someone that has applied twice .. I am really anxious also hearing about the subjectivity of the reviewing process . Does not make any sense.

The irony being that I had good reasons fir the host institution and supervisor that should have been compelling for the nature of the MSCA and my integration plans . . .
