Oh no! I am just visiting the forum and really sorry for you and dreamer. Big hugs to both of you!

Submission #1 = seal of excellence & waitlist etc, submission #2, rejection, but strong scores on everything but excellence and still over 80, submission #3 below threshold and I’m sure it is because I addressed the reviewer critique from last year.
My advice, if you resubmit, don’t do much and just resubmit the same.
I was in evaluation still, so I think ranking/evaluation holds true.
The reviewer process is a genuine lottery. I’m sad about the emotional energy I wasted.

i am very sorry to hear about of our friends Dreamer and Pether
So evaluation / ranking is very important and now I am failed already.
Such a stupid reviewing process!
I have a very very famous and big supervisor. A top ten university ranking as the host. and a novel and hot topic proposal. now I am on evaluation.
What is this? just waste of time!!
They should sell the lottery tickets!!!

I don't know if you have enough motivation to try again but maybe it's better to change the proposal name and some more details and not consider it resubmission.PetetheCat wrote: ↑Sat Feb 06, 2021 4:18 pmThe irony being that I had good reasons fir the host institution and supervisor that should have been compelling for the nature of the MSCA and my integration plans . . .Fu Manchu wrote: ↑Sat Feb 06, 2021 4:16 pmIndeed. Perhaps a good strategy is to change things in case of failure. Institution and supervisor. So it wont be a resub.Steminist wrote: ↑Sat Feb 06, 2021 4:13 pm
Hei Pete, I am also sorry to hear that. I think your experience will guide a lot to people in here, including me. After you and Dreamer, I think I will not consider a resubmission.
Thank you so much for your time and sharings with us during last months, it was a pleasure!
But if you still believe in MSCA :/

This is so frustrating. I am first timer in this call. Despite being with ranking, I am trying to have no expectations, then I can be only surprised in a good sense.
Btw did some of you applied for fellowship in the widening counry? Or do you have any national support for proposal bellow cut off? In case of our country the goverment will next year support unusuccessfull applicants from this and next upcoming call. Their treshold will be 70%...
