I am in that exact same situation, it ' d be great to be able to resubmit the project as is but I think the mobility requirement is very important :/
In which case this will be my first and last try... fingers crossed!

Hello all,

This is my second time applying for MSCA-IF-EF-ST (ENV panel).

Last year my proposal got 91.6% and was placed on the reserved list

This year, my proposal is at the Ranking phase and changed from Evaluation to Ranking within one hour.

Hi Guys.. I got the reply from dreamer girl. Got in third attempt. first time 85, second 88, now 96.4 (as per the information got now). Went in to ranking from around 9.30 AM (US time)

I have started January 2020

Then it will me more than a year and if they do not majorly change anything for H2021 you can not resubmit, except for a new submission of course with a different host.

Thank you Dreamer for putting out of misery, now need to do something else.... I asked host to find from their NCP but its of no use just for their satisfaction
Anyways thanks again and need to try some other avenue, once the official results are available will take a call on resubmission.

You are still eligible with the same host. I dont know if the mobility rules will be changed.
