I think quite few, maybe mainly depend on luck. I got the rejection of last year's reserve list a few weeks ago.

I think it depends on GF or European. I had an officemate who applied for GF and was on reserve but got the fellowship.

I learned from DreamGirl that I failed terribly (<70). I am from a widening country. As much as I understand since I scored below 70 I am not going to be considered for the widening call. Do I understand this correctly?
