Okay, now that the confusion has been solved I can clarify again to those still suspecting that both Dreamer and DreamerGirl are the real deal! Dreamer was verified already last year, but DreamerGirl knew also the name of my project that I did not share with her! I’d like to clarify that I genuinely did not contact both as a check, but thought DreamerGirl couldn’t receive my message of the panel I was in when her inbox was full (she couldn’t find my acronym initially).

I got the funding, and I indeed transitioned from evaluation to rating very fast (within the hour). I don’t know the exact time, but I was checking the forum around every 15 min and both happened as soon as the first changes were reported here by other people. My host uni is not the biggest, but the supervisor has received ERC funding. I have done a short postdoc for him before, but think I could turn it into a benefit in the application (different fields etc). I applied to my native country and uni I got my PhD from, but have been working abroad three years on funding I got personally from other sources. And even though I applied in physics, I’m actually a chemist by background.
