Its not just the reviewer lottery, the system is also really broken if you don't even make the cut with a 94. I mean that's a near-perfect proposal. Not even a Science (or insert chosen top journal in your field) paper is perfect! What kind of logic is there for a training-oriented funding body to only fund absolutely perfect proposals...?

Just to support the submission - evaluation - ranking theory.
I went to evaluation as most of this forum - around noon of SE time. However, I have been waiting for ranking till 6pm. Got 87.8% bellow the budget.
