Not yet. Don't know which criteria they are using to send the emails. I don't think is based on the ID.

I've read the 2019 thread and it took hours, like, half of the day. Some people didn't even get it because of a technical glitch. Check your follow up page, it seems to be updated before the official email.

Nope. You should stay in active processes where you can see the folder called process documents: there you will find the proposal and evaluation letter and so on (based on my last year).

You are correct: my letter and report are under "Document Library".
