I guess they are communicating just following their ranking, so the ones getting the grant are communicated first and those who have not we’ll have to wait a bit more!! Just guessing here

I don't think so. According to the Dream Team my ranking was in the 50s and main list in ENV. I have not heard yet and nothing has changed in my portal.

It means they did not upload the files yet. Same for me. Checking the portal and nothing yet, I can see only my proposal, as well emails. Let's wait

Yes, I think only the high scores have been updated so far.
Anyway, it's clearly not by project ID.
