Hi, newbie here. First submission and no idea why some have news, some don't. I was on a regular fellowship application in Humanities. I clicked on my porposal, action - follow up, and it still says I will be informed by tomorrow. Does this automatically means a fail?

Nobody clearly knows, but apparently, only accepted grants have been notified.

But let's hope it isn't true...

It seems that after realising that announcing the results without notifying the applicants was a misstep, they have now decided to unapologetically announce a delay in sending official notification...
