He is kind enough to inform me an hour ago that I scored less (81.4) than last year (84.2).
I wish the crimes of this world to be like that! That will be fantastic!!!!

It is just a grant announcement -- relax, how on earth would it be a crime!

If knowing the results in advance from a leak you had nothing to do with is a crime, then so is announcing on twitter that the results are out when they aren't. Now that's a crime.

The worst thing what can happen is that if they find who leaked it, will not be NCP anymore. Thats all I guess.

Do I remember correctly that your H index is 16? If thats the case, then I guess that they pay close attention (atleast it looks like) how you get to that number.

got 88.2 in CAR panel, rejected. Note that last year I was below threshold with the very same project. I sent it unchanged just because I know it is good and the reviewers' comments were unhelpful and ridiculous. And well, it seems I was right, due to the increase of 25 points in score this time with other reviewers.

following my experience (and some other applicants') -- don't make substantial changes to your project if you disagree with the reviewers. Those people will never see your work again
