I received my evaluation report and I am on the reserve list. Someone else also shared theirs with me and they are on the reserve list with these scores:
Excellence 4.2
Impact 4.7
Implementation 4.8
However, the Impact and Implementation sections both say:
Weaknesses:
None
Is removing points but saying that a section has no weaknesses accepted by the European Commission? Would this be grounds for re-evaluation in your opinion or no?
In my opinion, yes. I'd wouldn't agree to take someone's points off without justification, if I was the chair.
I think so too tbh...

Still waiting for official rejection letter and evaluators comments.
However, I am very happy to have found this forum, may be came across a little too late, but better late than never!

Does "gradually" for the EC mean after a series of naps?

Has anyone here received an official rejection yet?

I am still waiting... Maybe it does go gradually down by the % you got. Did anyone get a rejection with a very low score? (If they want to share of course)

So it seems like I'm not even in the 50% of applicants in my field.

So this unfortunately makes me feel like shit and a terrible motivation to keep on in academia.
:(

On the EC website it now also says "Letters on the results of the evaluation are being sent to applicants. Due to the call size, this process can take up to one week." :(

I can confirm it is not by percentage. Someone on my panel got a 93.4 and got their notification before I did, and I got 96.

Hello again... I still can’t believe it, but I got it! I received an email this morning saying something about a grant agreement, then I went on the portal and I found the offer letter and the evaluation. My score is 96.80, SOC (it was a resubmission. I had made some small amendments according to the comments. I had 84 and something last year)... for future references, I was already in ranking at around 4/4.30 CET last Wednesday. I had some hope for this, but I was scared even to thonk about it. I am over the moon... and I am not sure if I am dreaming. It was really my last chance for staying into academia... For those who have not got it this year, keep trying! If you believe in your project something can happen to make it real!
I m from chemistry panel . Resubmission and got the same score as yours 96.8. my previous year score was 88. And similar to you I have made only a changes in points. Added a couple of points and references. Not much change in proposal outline , title or abstract. Since I saw your comment I feel like addressing only the previous years comments specifically may benefit in scoring. Best wishes for everyone who will resubmit and congratulations to all who got. Special thanks to dreamer and dreamergirl for spending your valuable time to help all of us
