I contacted my NCP yesterday morning. Got an answer the same day.

Usually if you are in the top 10 you have credible chance to get it. Although I hope this year, as the H2020 finishes, more findings may become availavle

I was first on the reserve list for ENV last year and heard good news in July.

Finally got the rejection email. As Dreamer said, 93.4% in ST-LIF, just a point below the cutoff. This was my only chance because I've been living for more than a year now in the host country.

I read that for SE the criteria is different and you can apply in case you've lived in the host country less than 3 years in the last 5? Am I correct? I'm considering applying to that one next year. Any experiences with it? Does someone has a successful proposal in that panel that could be shared?

Btw, congratulations to the awardees and thanks again to the DreamTeam for relieving our stress!

To everyone, like my host supervisor said: you don't get funded, it's just because they don't have enough budget to fund all the good projects including yours. It sounds cliche, but anyway please don't be discouraged. After all, I don't think all of the Nobel laurreate would make a perfect Gantt chart for the MSCA reviewers.

You made an excellent job! The cut off score this year were incredibly high. This is insane. Hope you find a way to apply again next year.

Is there any post-phd year limit to submit proposal for MSCA-IF-EF-ST?

If I understood well, there is a new rule now...8 years from the PhD. I was trying to figure out if I could apply again. I got my PhD in 2013....

Got the rejection letter...Rejected with very high score (94) in LIF. Reviewers comments were quite absurd. It sounds like they cannot fund many people and need to justify somehow why they don't fund you, if you are not lucky enough. I did not read anything about the Seal of Excellence....

Question about the new limitation, in case you know. If you got your PhD in 2013, I suppose. you cannot apply again, correct? Or, it would be the last chance since it is within thew 8 years?
