UK! I still cannot believe it!! i am dreaming.

First year rejected after 1 month after submission: for 12 days in UK I did not meet the eligibility criteria.
Second year rejected: 86%, Seal of Excellence.
Third year: 95.8%, improved the proposal based on a grant a I wrote (and did not get) and on some useful comments from the previous year.

If you click on your submitted proposal for actions and I forget, you choose I think the first option and it takes you somewhere new. There you can find an uploaded evaluation. But that doesn't tell you if you got it, it gives your score. The email confirms. It seems even with VERY high scores, many people still did not get it.

How can they say the results have been announced, when most of us haven't been informed yet? This is so frustrating!
