Hi all,
I got the MSCA fellow this year. I might get a tenure track position soon. What if I sign the agreement and then wants to cancel it (before the start date)? Is it possible?

I think you can still wait some time before signing the GAP, even up til May. I dont know how long you need to wait before you hear about your tenure position but you can at least stretch things a few weeks before signing!

You both have the same supervisor? I would discuss this with your supervisor-That is really not cool of that person!

No they are different. But mine talked to his supervisor who is now very embarrassed about it.

God I really feel for you that is really awkward position for you now. Though I will say that the other guy has damaged his reputation, what supervisors wants someone who plagiarizes?! What score did you get versus him do you know? I assume you mostly shared Impact and Implementation?

Folks, whilst a colleague of mine got the grant I'm out. However, the project is similar to mine because it was copied for about half of it. I gave it to help him, asking not to copy. What can I do in this case? Can I ask for a revaluation? I'm discouraged about me, but I'm also so confused about how I can manage this. I don't want to cause him any problems with his new grant. Maybe they could exclude both of us. Perhaps the best thing is to re-apply the following year, but it is so frustrating.

This is outrageous, mate. I am not gonna judge your friend, but I can't find any kind of excuses to do such a thing.

Oh that is unbelievable-did they say anything to you? I mean I am sorry if they are your friend but that is realllllly shit! Can you talk you your supervisor, I mean beyond funding it is important for you CV to have this fellowship. It is not fair at all that this person did that!!! What scores did you guys get?

So so awful! Did he tell you he got it? I would be so ashamed! If you both scored identical on Impact and Implementation then while annoying its less bad in a way. However if he got more marks there which got him over that is not fair!
