Hi guys, just a quick question: I have done the PhD in Germany and I've been working in the UK for 2 years, can I apply for a MSCA to go back to Germany?

Thanks a lot for the useful info in this forum

Is it now already 2 years or in September when the deadline is?
This year the deadline is September 15th (I think) and from that day of the deadline you have to check whether you spent more than 12 month in the last 3 years (back to September 15th 2018) in Germany. That number of days has to be lower than a year.

Hey guys,

Got a 94% in ST-LIF (cut-off was 94.4%) and I am 27th in the Reserve List. Do you think there is any chance to get it?

Thank you for the input ;)

Unlikely i think, sorry! Ask your NCP maybe how many were funded from reserve last year? Should be a few more this year due to extra money but would give you an idea!

Hi all,
I got the MSCA fellow this year. I might get a tenure track position soon. What if I sign the agreement and then wants to cancel it (before the start date)? Is it possible?

Thanks

I think you can still wait some time before signing the GAP, even up til May. I dont know how long you need to wait before you hear about your tenure position but you can at least stretch things a few weeks before signing!

You can absolutely cancel it and you will make somebody on the reserve list very happy

Its official from NCP that I am 12th position in reserve list. I am sure that I will not get funding. Your comments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Votre projet est 12ème dans la liste de réserve pour votre panel.

What is your panel, for RI and CAR it’s highly unlikely. Unlikely also for LIF but there are many funded projects there so it is slightly more possible in LIF or Soc for example.
