Big Hope for CAR, RI Panel Candidates!!!!!! in 2020

The MSCA distribute the number of funding with weightage

CAR (20%) RI (15%) ST(65%)
Awarded No. 119 136 don't know

Just Imagine if 80 candidates from these 3-panel left with their own reason

CAR (20%) RI (15%) ST(65%)
Ranked. 16 12 Will be distributed
accordingly!!!

GF and SE dealt separately.

Anyone can comment
That’s the same every year, it is already factored in when making the reserve list so I’m not sure-but I hope!
Total no. of drop out is considered as available number and distributed again as main list

a question to those who resubmitted after getting the Seal of Excellence : did you mention it in your CV? if so, did you get the funding?

I scored 88 this year and I want to apply again in September but hesitate whether to mention SoE. I wonder how the reviewers regard this fact, as an achievement or a fail

please share your experience if you have it, especially if mentioned SoE and won the grant.
I believe some statistics on this would be helpful for 2021 applicants. Many thanks!
my personal take on including the mention of SoE in my CV is that I want to mention it in applications to national research councils who have SoE initiatives for MSCA applicants applying with host institutions in these countries. In this case, I think, it definitely works to my advantage. I am not planning on putting it on my CV for applications for future MSCAs or schemes that are different from national postdoc funding, because it is possible that some reviewers might simply read this mention as "fail" rather than a sign of excellence.
thanks for your answer! this is exactly my concern. I understand that SoE is good for applying to other funding sources, and I will do it for sure.
But I've heard that some applicants mention SoE in their MSCA resubmissions and perhaps it helped or vice versa, idk. That's why I'm asking here

I am not so sure about that, are you sure?-so you mean if 3 ST-LIF drop out for example then 1RI, 1CAR and 1ST would be funded rather than top3 from LIF?

in the regulations for re-submission is clearly written to avoid to mention the results of the previous application, since the project is reviewed as new and the reviewers will disregard them. So mentioning the SoE in the CV is not significant for resubmitting the proposal.

Folks, whilst a colleague of mine got the grant I'm out. However, the project is similar to mine because it was copied for about half of it. I gave it to help him, asking not to copy. What can I do in this case? Can I ask for a revaluation? I'm discouraged about me, but I'm also so confused about how I can manage this. I don't want to cause him any problems with his new grant. Maybe they could exclude both of us. Perhaps the best thing is to re-apply the following year, but it is so frustrating.
