Interesting. I had an email with an ethics enquiry in mid december with only 2 days to reply. Is this the second phase of ethics review for well-scored proposals? or was the earlier email just relating to some ethics screening which all proposals undergo? I took mine to be a good sign at the time but now I'm not so sure....
Not sure actually. If that person has to give back the ethical issues form in two weeks at the latest (which is around February 2), that form still needs some days to be assessed before decisions can be made...

I agree with you. The past year they asked for ethical issues on 16 January. The results were sent on 4 February.
