So far, two of us here, and both on x3 resubmits, right? Maybe they are punishing us this year.

Here I am! SOC - GF... "only" second try... but really invested myself in this application ... before finding this Forum and discovering that reviewers change every year

Actually, I was following all posts and comments without sharing because I am not convinced
of such assumption. I do not know why! There is no solid evidence that says EVAL has a lower chance and RANK has a higher chance. Specially we go to disable our web pages. I do not know; maybe I am like the drowning respect straws.

On the one hand, I know I wrote a strong proposal this year. My host institution is very good at supporting these and it's a third resubmission.We worked on the fine points, so I find it hard that the reviewers would score it <70. But on the other hand, I know that the review process for this competition can produce some strange reviews, so I don't know what to think.
