To check the status of your application you can use:

Use Firefox browser
Go to your proposal, move to follow-up, and than disable the styles on the website. To do it go to settings of the browser-view-page style and there mark: No Style.

If you press the ALT key when you are in firefox it will also bring up the menu. Select View --> page style --> no style
