Wondering if anyone has practical experience having a fellowship in Switzerland?

Yes, I am doing my MC in Switzerland.

Typically, the swiss postdoc salary is more than the MC salary (living allowance). So you will get the postdoc salary ( which is quite good) which means the lab will have to pay some amount for your salary. However, the Mobility allowance of the MC fellowship can not be used to pay your salary and can be only used for career development (like travel for conferences, meetings, etc...) :).
