I think, extra money is only hope for reserve list candidates. Signed grant candidates are even higher for normal years.

134 out of 136 signed Grant agreement in RI Panel. My chance is zero as I am at 12 in reserve list. 10 Candidates signed after 17 May, 2021. Thus, difficult to judge either they are from reserve list or main list.

115 out of 118 Grant agreements signed from the CAR Panel. I'm third on the reserve list and wasn't (yet???) invited. Sigh. I'm waiting for the next page update end of the week.

Now 1575. If those are all confirmed it means that there are about 3.5% of the proposals still to be assigned.
Hypothesizing an uniform distribution among panels (of course it is not) I guess that for Global only the first in the reserve list has a reasonable chance.
