The number of funded project for the above link is increasing every day but many projects have no information about signing grant agreement. See below.

What you can speculate?

Does “no information about signing grant agreement” mean this proposal haven't be signed or be declined? Should all signed grants be displayed in the system?

This link shows all signed projects but updated till 9th April.

I did a simple statistic, nearly 20-30% among 1403 proposals found have no information of signing, that's too many
788 found was updated in 9th, Aprill, it's out of date

Let us see what they update on 9th May. But, I personally know one who declined to sign agreement. But in 1403 list, it shows no information.

to which panel applied this person that declined to sign the agreement? Please tell me it's CAR...
