Just received the following information from my host institution:
The MSCA Seal of Excellence certificates have not yet been generated for the 2020 IF Call.
They will be made available to the candidates directly in the Funding and Tenders portal in different batches:

- Mid March to those candidates who did not request a review of their score
- Mid July to those candidates whose request is not upheld
- Mid September after the final re-evaluation of the remaining proposals

I suppose they set aside some funding for eventual re-evaluations above threshold.
This may mean that some in the reserve list will have to wait till sept/oct to access that funding if it is not allocated to re-evaluated proposals.

Anyone have data what percentage of reserve list candidates get funding??

I am afraid we will have to wait until the grant agreement/grant signing period is over (end of May?)...

I have heard almost 10% people from reserve list will be invited?

Who knows? We have no idea how many we are on the reserve list.

I cannot login Funding & tenders of my MSCA account? I was in Reserve list it means something is going in background?

Maybe due to maintenance work? I just accessed without problems.

Any idea about offer to reserve list candidates?
