By no negative comments, do you mean "no weaknesses"? If no weaknesses, were you not supposed to score full mark?
Had I got 5/5, I would have been funded.
In the first attempt, there were couple of weaknesses and the score was 4.7.
I see..! I guess there were other factors the reviewers considered (not mentioned though). Otherwise, by addressing the weaknesses, one would have thought the score must have improved a lot (just 0.1 point) from the previous score. This competition is quite intensive..!

By the way, is your phase "ranking" now?
I am still in 'evaluation'

Hey, I see you got 85+ score the last time but in Evaluation this year.
Were you also in Evaluation last year or ranking?

You will automatically have it if you have a score of 85 or more.
You will receive un e-mail latter with the certificate
Is it? I had an 85+ score last time, but have not received any email or certificate so far.
Can anything be done about it now?
I did not check the link last year.

I had the same 4.8 but no weakness. I was told that reviewer can reduce 0.2 point without saying any reason. Because a reviewer receives around 20 proposals to review and might gave full mark to only one of them. Others will get 4.8 even they have no weakness.

This is my third attempt. However, I still do not know what the evaluation criteria is. Last time, I did not have any negative feedback for the 'excellence' part. Still, the score was 4.8/5.0
That sounds reasonable.

Still in Evaluation.
Is anybody here from "PF - SOC" that she/he is in Ranking? I read in some comments that being in Evaluation means that the proposal is above 70 but not above 85, is this valid or just speculation and/or lucky guess?
I am PF SOC and in Ranking since today noon.
At this moment, everything is speculation!

May I ask you the 1st letter of your proposal's Acronym? Somebody said that the thing may be alphabetical.

Given the number of people here ranking I'm having a hard time believing that = above 85%
but what do I know? (first-timer)

Some are for PF and others for GF (different groups)

I don't see any logic there. I think each reviewer gets a maximum of 10 proposals. More than 10 will be overwhelming really.

I agree. I believe that “Ranking” indicates >70%.
