From the pattern, it appears like, when the score is yet to be captured people remain in submission when the score is captured then candidates go to evaluation, those who pass the threshold automatically move to ranking depending on server/speed. So for me, remaining in evaluation for a long time is a red flag, but could also change if maybe the threshold is adjusted ??--lower ??

No clue at all, each year the rule may change. Just fingers crossed!

I don't think so. Last year my propofal went to a ranking on 29.01.2021 and it was scored above 85. Many peoples reported that their proposal went to a ranking by 03.02.2021 only.

Meaning those still in Evaluation possibly didn't meet the qualifying score which can only be determined when results are released.

Seem like some of us already know our outcome. For the rest in ranking -- best wishes, may the best candidate win

I don't think so. Last year my propofal went to a ranking on 29.01.2021 and it was scored above 85. Many peoples reported that their proposal went to a ranking by 03.02.2021 only.

Ture. I see that dreamer also got ranking on 29 Jan in 2019 and he didn't get it.

This year is a bit similar to 2019, phases of some people change to ranking 11 days ahead of the announcement date.

Does anyone know from which country were Dreamer and Dreamergirl? Maybe someone from the same country could contact the NCPs to try to get the list?

Yes maybe. The first phase change was reported on 01.03.3022. I will check the date of phase change for the last year.
